South Florida EV Charging Infrastructure

Power arrives
when it matters.

Arrivo Mobility owns and operates commercial EV charging infrastructure across South Florida. We handle everything — capital, permits, build, and operations. Property owners earn a guaranteed revenue share and a steady stream of new customers who spend 20–40 minutes on-site while their vehicle charges.

What We Do

EV charging infrastructure, end to end.

Arrivo owns the equipment, funds the build, and operates every Supercharger site we deploy. Property owners provide the land and collect a revenue share — zero capital required, zero operational responsibility.

Arrivo Owns

We fund and build the infrastructure

Arrivo owns the Supercharger equipment, covers all capital costs — hardware, permitting, FPL utility upgrades, construction — and carries the full investment risk.

Arrivo Operates

We collect and manage all revenue

Arrivo is the charging operator of record. We collect 100% of session revenue, manage the Tesla network relationship, handle FPL billing, and maintain the site. No burden on the property owner.

Landowner Earns

You earn a guaranteed site fee

Property owners receive a percentage of gross charging revenue for the right to host our infrastructure — passive income with no capital outlay, no operational involvement, and no liability.

Your Business Grows

EV drivers become your customers

A charging session lasts 20–40 minutes. Drivers don't sit in their car — they walk into your business. Supercharger sites consistently drive measurable increases in foot traffic, dwell time, and per-visit spend for on-site retailers, restaurants, and services.

How It Works

From site to live in four phases.

We've built the playbook. You provide the location.

01 — QUALIFY

Site Assessment

We evaluate your property against Tesla's site criteria — electrical capacity, traffic corridors, parking layout, and proximity to amenities — and score it against the South Florida network gap.

02 — PERMIT

Permits & Utility

We handle Miami-Dade RER permitting, FPL new service application, PE-stamped drawings, and zoning confirmation. Parallel-tracked to compress timelines.

03 — BUILD

Installation

Tesla deploys V4 Supercharger equipment. Our licensed electrical contractors complete the site build — conduit, pads, bollards, ADA stalls — to spec and on schedule.

04 — EARN

Revenue Flows

Arrivo collects all charging revenue as the operator of record. Your site license fee — a percentage of gross session revenue — is paid to you monthly. No invoices, no management, no surprises.

Solutions

Built for commercial property.

Arrivo targets the property types where Supercharger utilization is highest — and where the revenue case is clearest.

Retail & Strip Centers

High foot traffic, on-site amenities, and long customer dwell times make retail centers the highest-utilization Supercharger environment. Drivers charge while they shop.

Active

Hotels & Hospitality

Overnight guests need overnight charging. Tesla routes road-tripping drivers directly to hotel Supercharger sites. Arrivo owns and operates the stalls — you collect a site fee while we run everything.

Active

Gas Stations & C-Stores

The highest Tesla utilization scores go to sites that mirror the refueling stop — proximity to highways, on-site food, and 24/7 access. Your existing infrastructure is already there.

Active

Office & Mixed-Use

Workplace charging is a tenant retention tool. Employees charge during the workday — predictable, consistent utilization with no customer acquisition cost.

Active

Fleet Charging

Dedicated depot charging solutions for commercial EV fleets — logistics, delivery, and municipal operators across South Florida who need reliable overnight charge cycles.

Coming 2026

Solar + Storage

Paired solar canopy and battery storage solutions that offset FPL utility costs, reduce CIAC exposure, and qualify for federal ITC incentives — stacking the investment return.

Coming 2026
The Hidden Benefit

Chargers bring customers
through your door.

A Supercharger session averages 20–40 minutes. That's not wait time — that's dwell time. Drivers walk into your restaurant, shop, café, or lobby. They come back because they know you're there.

20–40 min
Average time a driver spends on-site during a Supercharger session — long enough to eat, shop, or browse.
3.5x
EV drivers visit retail and dining locations near Supercharger sites at significantly higher rates than the surrounding area average.
600K+
Tesla vehicles registered in Florida — each one using in-car navigation that routes drivers to the nearest Supercharger. Your site gets that routing at go-live.
Who benefits most
Restaurants & cafés
A 30-minute charge is a full lunch. Drivers actively seek food options while charging — your restaurant becomes a destination, not just a stop.
Retail & grocery
Shoppers who would have driven past now have a reason to stop. Dwell time translates directly into basket size and return visits.
Service businesses
Salons, gyms, medical offices, and spas benefit from customers who need to be somewhere for 30+ minutes anyway. Charging fills that time naturally.
Hotels & hospitality
EV-driving guests specifically seek out hotels with charging. A Supercharger on-site is a booking differentiator that shows up in Tesla's own in-car search.
Why Arrivo

Operational discipline
built for EV infrastructure.

Our leadership team comes from the EV and autonomous vehicle industry, building and operating large-scale mobility programs. We bring that same operational rigor to every Supercharger site.

01

Deep EV Network Knowledge

We know the Supercharger program from the inside — site criteria, equipment standards, and what actually drives utilization at a location. That knowledge shapes every site we evaluate.

02

South Florida Permit Expertise

We've mapped the full local permitting and utility process across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, and run every step in parallel to compress timelines.

03

Best-in-Class Contractors

We work with the top licensed electrical and construction crews in South Florida — vetted, insured, and experienced with high-voltage commercial EV installs. Quality work, done right the first time.

04

Operator Mentality

We don't just build and hand off. We operate sites, manage the Tesla relationship, and track performance — so your investment keeps working long after install day.

Founder & CEO

David Valdes-Brito

Built and ran field operations for autonomous vehicle programs before founding Arrivo to bring that same operational discipline to EV charging infrastructure in South Florida.

David has spent his career in the field, not behind a desk. As Operations Manager II at May Mobility, he directed operational strategy across Miami sites, managing a $2.5M+ operation and leading a team of 50+ — driving measurable gains in efficiency and performance across every site. Earlier, at Argo AI, he led a multi-person team through the full vehicle testing lifecycle and helped launch the company's first revenue-generating delivery pilot, while building public-private partnerships with Miami-Dade County to bring new mobility technology into the city.

Across every role, the throughline has been the same: solving the unglamorous, ground-level problems that come with deploying new vehicle technology in real cities — permitting, city relationships, safety protocols, and the operational systems that let new mobility actually work at scale.

Arrivo Mobility was founded to apply that same operational discipline to EV charging infrastructure — treating every Supercharger site with the rigor of a launch market: site qualification, utility coordination, permitting, and long-term operations, done right the first time.

Based in Miami, David works directly with property owners across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach to identify and develop the next generation of charging sites in South Florida.

The Market

South Florida is an EV charging gap.

The I-95 corridor, Florida's Turnpike, and US-1 through Miami-Dade and Broward are significantly underserved relative to EV adoption rates — and Tesla's own navigation data confirms it.

Demand is outpacing supply

South Florida has the highest EV adoption rate in the state — but charging infrastructure hasn't kept pace with demand along key travel corridors.

The fastest charging available

V4 Supercharger technology delivers up to 250kW per stall — drivers get back on the road faster, which means more sessions and more foot traffic for host sites.

Tesla routes 600K+ Florida vehicles

Every Tesla in Florida uses in-car navigation to find Superchargers. A new site in the right location captures that routing immediately at go-live.
